Unrequited love

Talk about a trigger!!!!! I think this one has been my biggest yet. I am so upset about being rejected by some guy that all I want to do is go buy a pack of cigarettes! That'll show him won't it?! This is the biggest lesson to be learned. That quitting is an act of self love and a gift to myself...especially in difficult times. That smoking is not true consolation for my troubles. I know more than anything I must hold fast to that singular idea. I know I'm preaching to the choir, but I'm sure glad you're all out there.
