I see where you said you have been reading the articles at why quit,smoking cessation, Have you read the real stories of Bryan and Noni. also you may wish to google quit smoking and see all the great info avaialble out there.Dedication and just plain old sticktoitness is what I am sending to you and what will make the quit DoAbleIn time it becomes more manageable,quit smoking, and I swear Eventually it is Magical.After 40 yrs , most two packs a day I am soon to be 5yrs and 4 mo quit.My hubby still smokes and even with that the idea of smoking never seems appealing to me. Grab on hold tight and nurture that lovely beautiful baby quit.
