day two down

well,Herbal cigarettes, it was the drive from hell tonight!!! i got home and got busy doing a few things on my lap top and forgot all about it. nic is such a powerful individual but i feel really good about standing tough and making it that hour. i was really sorry to see "stuff" still going on and peeps still pounding it into the ground but i will continue to post and read because it really does keep me focused.hey micheal (is that really the correct spelling) ..... i thought about you during that demonic craving i had,stop smoking, so thanks for keeping me focused on our goal ........ on to tomorrow my friend. do you ever work??? he he peace
