day 2.... its just as bad as day 1

Hey everyone,So I quit smoking yesterday (that feels incredible to say!). Everytime I see a cigarette I feel disgusted. However, I still find my body going through these cravings that are so intense. When stress arrives,Herbal cigarettes, I used to smoke to relieve it. Now I can't. I snap at people around me, unintentionally, because I feel irritated or anxious. Someone please say that it will get better if I stick with this,quit smoking now, cause I feel so out of place. Yesterday was the longest day of my life. I hope today isn't another one.-Michele
